Researchers Find School Board Diversity Reduces School Suspensions – Phys.org

Florida State University released a new study showing that more diverse school boards can result in more equitable punishment for both minority and white students at educational institutions. The study also found that, in schools with large minority populations, black and Hispanic students were more likely to be suspended than their white counterparts. Read more.
