New Adolescent Brain Development Study Begins Recruitment
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has begun recruiting participants for its long-term Adolescent Brain Cognitivie Development (ABCD) study that will follow, from adolescence through early adulthood, the biological and behavior development of over 10,000 children beginning at the ages of 9 and 10. Recruitment will occur over a two-year period with 19 study sites across the country, including Florida International University in Miami and the University of Florida in Gainesville.
