Report: Students of Color, Disabled Students More Likely to Receive Corporal Punishment

A new report from the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and The Center for Civil Rights Remedies at UCLA finds in states which allow corporal punishment, students of color and disabled students are more likely to receive the discipline than others.
